There you are, all by yourself. A long day ahead at that conference or meeting where you don't know anyone. Suddenly, social anxiety kicks in. Who can you talk to? And even more challenging, what will you talk about? You feel so uncomfortable that you'd rather leave as soon as possible.
You may think you're the only one, but in reality, nine out of ten people have the same questions. In this course, you will work on your communication skills, and after completion, "small talk" will no longer be unfamiliar territory for you.
Would you like to walk into a networking event and start a conversation with a stranger, without any of those awkward silences? Or maybe you'd just like to start a friendly conversation with the person waiting at the bus stop or in line at the grocery store?
