Good questions are extremely important in communication. By asking questions, you make clear what you want to give attention to or what needs to be further clarified. Questions also allow you to check whether or not the other person has understood you correctly. In this learning journey, you'll work on asking open questions. Open questions always begin with who, what, when, where, and how. They give the other person room to express an opinion. And these responses often give far more in-depth information about what is going on with the other person. For example, about his or her motives, reasons, and emotions.
