How to accept yourself unconditionally
Being happy with yourself, who doesn't want that? What if you don't know how to be happy with yourself? Then "finding happiness" is going to be one tough mission. And yet, research proves that you have the power to influence your own happiness. Happiness and becoming happy both start by completely accepting yourself, without judgment. You'll be working on that during this course. With the help of different exercises, you'll discover how to accept yourself for who you are. Recognizing your own emotions plays an important role in this. And everyone has emotions, whether you're used to showing them or not.
Are you too hard on yourself? Feel uncomfortable about your actions? Have difficulty accepting yourself? Feel like you don't do anything right? Then this training is for you! We're happier when we're focused on the here and now. So don't think about tomorrow or yesterday, but stay in the now. Besides this, we're happier doing something for someone else. For example, doing volunteer work or simply sending a card to someone. You are also happier living by the set of values you find important. But how do you find out what those are? Every now and then, take the time to stop and look around. That's exactly what you will be doing in this learning journey. Are you ready to learn how to be happy and how to stay happy? Then start this training today.
