Create succesful cross-cultural collaborations
You'll find out how to analyze other people's cultural backgrounds and behavior. Are you, for example, a very modest person? To make sure that you don't become "invisible", your challenge is then to become more noticeable. But be careful! Don't overdo it, because you may come across as arrogant, and a lot of people find that really irritating. This online course gives you an insight into your own quirks and characteristics and those of other cultures.

When you're aware of your qualities and recognize them, it becomes easier to understand why certain situations happen the way they happen. Once you know your own qualities, it becomes easier to discover the qualities of others. And this is what you'll be working on during this course.
