Being truly present in the here and now starts with being aware of what you are feeling, thinking, and doing. When you can do this without any judgment, we call it mindfulness. Consciously looking, listening, tasting, smelling, and feeling with a clear mind. When you consciously observe what's happening around you, you experience that moment with a whole new perspective. You become aware of your body's signals. You feel the tension of certain events and recognize and break free of old patterns. In order to achieve all of this, you'll delve deeper into the world of meditation and breathing exercises.
