What motivates another person?
There are all sorts of ways to understand what motivates another person. In this learning journey, you'll work on empathy. You'll learn to understand other people's motivations by being aware of nonverbal communication and emotions. Interpreting someone's behavior plays an important role in this respect. It will help you to put yourself in other people's shoes, thus enabling you to examine their motives, place them in a neutral framework, or even admire their characteristics. Learn to look at things through someone else's eyes and understand what motivates this person.

Are you quick to judge? Do you often think others are too
You can only know if you've really understood someone correctly, by discussing their motives. This way you can check your interpretation of this person's behavior. And that's what you'll be working on in this learning journey. Keep asking yourself what really motivates the other person by asking yourself various questions. What does the other person think? What is the other person's intention? How can I keep seeing and discovering the other person's positive characteristics? In short: put yourself in the other person's shoes.
