This is a very good course. The main reason is that you get assignments and reflect on those assignments.

It is interesting to me that the content of this training mostly resonates with my own instinctive behavior. In a way, it validates things that I am doing or observing naturally. I am also learning about new techniques such as "mirroring" and am having fun with that ! I am enjoying the journey so far.
