I would've loved to congratulate you, but we'll have to pospone that. To be honest... you've failed. Sorry. I mean that in a much nicer way than it sounds. Failing doesn't have to be a bad thing; failure is the starting point of a new success!
Ask yourself the following questions:
Have your goals changed? Reevaluate, change your goals and go for it!
Was the deadline you set a realistic one? You can set a new deadline, now that you know how much time you can free-up or how much time you'd like to invest in achieving your goal. Set a more realistic deadline. But be careful that you don't make it too easy on yourself...
Do you need a different style of motivation? I am the most persistant motivator, but maybe even I wasn't 'the one' for you.

In the meantime: ask someone (or more people) close to you to motivate and inspire you. Communicate clearly what it is you need from them or what you want to achieve.
