On top of that, we can also provide scientific evidence that demonstrates the effects (in percentages) of our online courses on personal development and improvement of specific soft skills.
For our research we had users start one of our online courses and fill in a questionnaire at the beginning and at the end of the course. We collected and analyzed data over the course of two months and were able to come up with the following conclusions.

This course teaches you how to discuss someone's behavior without being disrespectful. Various topics are discussed: what gets in your way, what are the advantages and disadvantages of giving feedback and/or expressing yourself, and how can you obtain the best results?
Our users stated that they experienced that giving feedback was much easier after they finished the course. There was an increase of 11% in feeling better at it. There was also a 10% increase in being more receptive to feedback and the fear of providing feedback decreased with 16%.
In this online course you're working on becoming aware of disruptors and distractions. You'll learn techniques on how to eliminate these. You'll also be working on creating a healthy balance/lifestyle which enables you to be more mindful and stay more focused and keep your concentration.
This online course has had a huge effect on the respondents' ability to focus. There was a 62% increase in living a healthier lifestyle. The awareness of distractions increased by 38% and the ability to concentrate increased by 50%.
Getting better at receiving feedback will build your trust in your relationships (at home or at work), speed your development and enable you to grow as a person. In our online course you'll be working on asking for feedback, improve your ability to hear it by listening attentively and probe to understand it.
After just one month our data already showed a 11% increase in asking for feedback, a 12% increase in accepting feedback, and a 10% increase in being more receptive to feedback.
Being mindful means you know how to focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. This course shows you how to practice mindfulness and stay focused with breathing methods and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
After a month our respondents noticed an 18% increase in their ability of letting go at the end of their workday. They also noticed an 8% increase in feeling resilient and energized and a 7% increase in feeling devoted to a cause. And on top of that: they experienced 19% less stress.
When certain situations overwhelm you and you suffer from anxiety and overthinking, this is the perfect course to teach you how to change your perspective and calm down. It'll also teach you to how to let go of limiting beliefs, see every situation as a learning opportunity and take action to move forward.
The data showed (after a month) a 12% increase in dealing better with setbacks. It also showed 10% less dependency on other people's opinions, 15% being less demanding of oneself and 17% less worrying thoughts.
Managing your time effectively can directly reduce your stress levels. It requires a shift in focus from activities to results: being busy isn't the same as being effective. Our online course Time management helps you set goals, and organize and plan how to divide your time between specific activities. You'll learn how to juggle multiple projects and still adhere to your deadlines.
After collecting data for a month our respondents showed a 9% increase in being better at setting goals and spent 12% less time towards useless tasks. They also were 22% better at recognizing distractions and showed 20% less procrastination.
We're proud to have been able to provide more scientific evidence of the positive effects of our online courses. We'll continue doing research and collecting and analyzing data in order to keep improving and innovating our online courses. Stay tuned.
